“Through the ULA training, I have gained many skills and started my journey on goal setting. Before ULA, I used to set both long-term and short-term goals but achieving them didn't feel possible. I've learned the SMART way of setting goals. The session exercises enabled me to work on a systematic formula for achieving each goal. For example, on January 15, 2020, I set a goal of building a house. By using action steps in this program, my home was completed by September 2020.
I've also applied my goal-setting skills to help me perform better in school and manage my time."
